The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable. 

 

Job overview

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and capable person to the above position.  The successful candidate will have good communication skills and work as part of a team in the delivery of a rehabilitation service to promote recovery for people with a recurrent and enduring severe mental illness.  There must be a commitment to develop knowledge and skills.

The Community Rehab Team are situated in Wrexham and are recognised as a vital and integral component of the Adult Mental Health service provision for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. 

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity for experienced Healthcare Support Worker to work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, who provide Community Rehabilitation Services to the Mental Health and Learning Disability Division for the areas of North Wales.

The appointed candidate will help care co-ordinators deliver a recovery focused service for service users with complex care needs within NHS rehabilitation inpatient units, out of area placements such as Independent hospitals, Low Secure Units, specialist placements and also within the community.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
