Clinical Nurse Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the skills of the nursing team through clinical supervision, appraisal, and mentoring.
• Undertake staff reviews, team meetings, and effective inductions.
• Plan, direct, and deliver high-quality person-centred care, whilst promoting and maintaining high nursing standards.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacist to ensure the teams Medicine Management is to the highest standards.
• Participate actively in the development of the Hospital.
• Ensure compliance within all clinical documentation.
• Participate on the on-call rota
Qualifications and Experience:
• Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)
• Experience in working with patients with personality disorders and comorbid conditions is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
