Main duties of the job

To work as an integral member of a team, supporting other staff, always treating everyone with respect and acting in the best interest of patients. 

To answer the telephone and take accurate messages, chaperoning patients, escorting patients, and running errands.

To ensure daily cleaning task lists are completed making sure the environment is clean, tidy, clutter free and welcoming.

To communicate effectively with all appropriate colleagues regarding the delivery of patient care, and as delegated by the nurse in charge.

To carry out a range of advanced and basic practical and clinical skills for which you have been trained and deemed competent.
