An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Adult Mental Health directorate, on Langdale ward, which is a 21 bed ward inpatient ward, for males, . The ward is supported by a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for leading and management of the ward clinical and management standards.
Working in conjunction with the operation manager and Matron, you will lead a team working towards and maintain high standards both clinical and management.
Working within national and local policies and standards.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The post holder will support and oversee and be responsible operational for the delivery of the team the care and treatment of care delivery. They will be required to work autonomously in order to address issues impacting on clinical care, quality, service delivery, with overall support and strategic direction from the Service Manager. The post is a full time post and requires on site working.
