Trosolwg o'r swydd

We are delighted to be able to offer an opportunity to join us in our new secure care services based at Northgate Park, Morpeth within our newly purpose built Sycamore Unit.

Linhope is a 12 bed medium secure unit for the treatment of men with complex mental health and personality disorder diagnosis. We have developed a strong and cohesive MDT who work collaboratively with the patient group to achieve positive outcomes within the care and treatment pathway.

The overarching treatment programme is the use of Structured Clinical Management (SCM) as a whole ward approach working collaboratively with the patients to meeting recovery goals, which provides a fantastic opportunity for CPD and developing leadership skills.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

Act as a Primary/Named Nurse within a multi-disciplinary team, developing collaborative, and needs based care plans, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

Provide excellent professional, skilled and effective person centred, evidence based nursing care.

Be actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and service users.

Be visible and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring services.

Contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards and quality outcomes
