The Practice Development team is pleased to announce a brand-new opportunity to join the student leads in supporting our student midwives at Wexham Park Hospital.

The role will be split with clinical shifts: 50% of the role will be clinical shifts in the maternity unit, 50% of the role will be leading on the CLiP project with the Practice Development Team.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the support, implementation and evaluation of the Collaborative Learning in Practice (CLiP) model of working within maternity. This is a supervision model where students work in small groups under the guidance of a practice supervisor.
