You will be working in Obstetric Theatres covering 24 hours 7 days a week including bank holidays. Days shifts and Night shifts with on call commitments.
We cover both emergency and elective work.
Main duties of the job
NUH offers fantastic support to a diverse range of students and learners and therefore the successful applicant should either hold or be willing to work towards a level three mentorship qualification.
You must possess an anaesthetic qualification and be registered with HCPC or have undertaken a recognised University accredited anaesthetic course, if you are a registered nurse.

Skills
Essential criteria
- Demonstrate effective written communication skills
Desirable criteria
- Demonstrate Computer literacy & use of IT skills – e.g. e-mail, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience and Understanding
Essential criteria
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Theatre/Recovery role
Desirable criteria
- Experience of delivering care to patients in an Acute Care setting.
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Current level one NMC registration or HCPC registration
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
