You will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role will also see you act as a lead for support staff on a daily basis. Alongside excellent opportunities for progression within our large Trust, the role offers excellent training and development.

If you have up-to-date clinical knowledge and experience, excellent interpersonal skills, clear verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, have the ability to organise own work in an efficient and effective manner and are flexible and reliable in response to needs of department.
