Graduate Registered Nurse with Preceptorship Programme (Jan-Mar 2025)

Band 5

Job overview

We are welcoming applications from Nurses graduating in early 2025 from a  university course which provides an NMC PIN.   Our OSCE training programme is closed.

This is what some of our Nurses say about coming to work at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust:

  • "I heard about working at HDFT from my friend and the best thing I liked is the calm, quiet and safe place to live as a family."
  • "I feel full of knowledge after I have joined the Trust due to the learning programmes and skills which we have been taught everyday....The entire staff is supportive and is always there for whatever difficulties we face at our work."

We believe Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is both small enough to treat its staff as individuals and to offer tailored training programmes, while being large and varied enough to provide a wide range of opportunities at all levels. We currently have nursing opportunities for Nurses graduating in early 2025 in our adult inpatient wards.

Preceptorship at Harrogate District Foundation NHS Trust is a protected programme that is fully supported by our Director for Nursing and AHP's and the nursing management team. The programme focuses upon the achievement of clinical and professional competence and is designed to meet the specific needs of the preceptee.
