Do you have a track record of providing high quality care? Are you a credible clinician looking for your next opportunity? NSFT are recruiting for a Matron to join their Inpatient Liaison team based at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.  

Our Future Leadership Structure will see our clinical teams working more closely with partners at place level alongside strengthening clinical and professional leadership. We are developing a clinical transformation programme alongside our partners to enhance the clinical outcomes our service users experience as well as continuing to improve experience of care.

Main duties of the job

As Matron, you will work closely with the locality leadership team to ensure that high quality care is delivered within your services and will provide professional leadership to the nursing workforce.

You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems and support to deliver evidence based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.

We are looking to appoint individuals who have a passion for their work and a track record of achievement in influencing colleagues and partners to deliver high quality care. We want inspirational and compassionate leaders who will develop their teams to provide outstanding care.

**This post attracts a recruitment premium of £3,000 (pro-rata for part time roles).  This is a one off payment with half paid on appointment and half paid after the completion of a satisfactory probation period (6 months).  The premium is taxable.  Please note that should you leave employment, or choose to move to an alternative post within the Trust that does not attract this recruitment premium, you will be required to reimburse all or some it, as follows:  100% of the value of the premium in the first 12 months; 50% of the value of the premium in the period 12 months to 2 years following appointment.  Please note this recruitment premium is for external applicants only.
