An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Spinal Surgery service at NNUH for a Spinal Deformity Clinical Practitioner. The postholder will take an active role within a multidisciplinary team in expert clinical care, facilitating evidence-based practice, and participating in quality assurance initiatives and clinical outcome assessments for spinal deformity patients.
With significant investment into developing a new standalone Norfolk & Norwich Orthopaedic Centre (NANOC) for elective surgical patients, the Orthopaedic and Spinal Services have introduced the latest surgical and technological advancements for patients who undergoing surgery.

The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) for Spinal Surgery at NNUH will work as a proactive, dynamic clinical leader within the spinal and orthopaedic nursing team.
You will provide expert advanced clinical care, facilitating evidence-based practice, and participating in quality assurance initiatives and clinical outcome assessments for spinal deformity patients. The post holder will act as an expert resource for other healthcare practitioners and contributes to the education and development of the multidisciplinary team.
Provide specialist input into care planning and delivery for children and young people with spinal deformities
Active attendance at weekly MDT meetings with spinal patients
Participation in and leading ongoing departmental research and audit
