Our patients come to us following medical, surgical or orthopaedic treatment in an acute environment, or where appropriate, directly from their own homes.
Working for our organisation
We are proud to be the first stand-alone NHS Community Trust to be awarded an outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission.
At the heart of every community should be great community health and care delivered by a team who believe care isn’t just about treatment but seeing every patient as a person.
Our staff pay attention to the little things by providing support, showing compassion and being someone you can talk to, not just a uniform. It’s having a conversation that’s not just about health but about being looked after closer to home.
