Trosolwg o'r swydd
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Band 5 registered nurse to gain experience of working within the CCN service, North Team.
This opportunity will enable the successful post holder to develop a variety of skills to support a career change into community practice and is open to newly qualified paediatric nurses. The post holder will work across the community / hospital environment within CCNs, providing care to children / young people with acute, complex and continuing healthcare needs.

Adopting a family centred approach, the post holder will work in co-production with families and close collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the child/ young person receives a high standard of nursing care.
We are a dynamic team providing high quality nursing care to children and young people within the community, including the patient’s own home / respite facilities, the special needs schools, Childrens outpatient clinics and the expanding clinical workload within care closer to home.

The successful candidate will be required to work a mixture of day and night shifts. The CCNS have a robust induction programme and training opportunities.
The post holder will be mentored to develop their skill set, reflective practice and autonomy supporting them when working within the community.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
