An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our obstetric & gynaecology theatre team.  The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high quality perioperative care to our patients.

 

  

Main duties of the job

Our obstetric & gynaecology theatre service are looking for a motivated, innovative, and patient focused theatre practitioner to join our team.  

We are looking to complete a workforce that are dynamic thinkers, have the patients’ best interests at heart and can work in Urology and robotic theatres.

This is a post for a perioperative practitioner, learning and embedding the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to participate as an active team member in scrub. 

Whilst acquiring the specialist skills they will act as support within the peri-operative environment. The post holder will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs in the perioperative environment and during transfers.

They will work collaboratively and co-cooperatively with others to meet the care needs of the patients.
