We have an exciting job opportunity for the role of  an Operational Manager over the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams within Merseycare.

This role entails the management of the CRHT across the Liverpool & Sefton footprint ensuring CRHT services are managed effectively and a high standard of patient care is maintained. The post holder will be responsible for the effective management and ensuring that systems and processes are in place for training and development of the CRHT workforce.

This role involves leading the team in the delivery of project plans, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues and dependencies considering best practice and current options and ultimately making decisions in the best interest of the project.

The post holder will also work closely with the other members of the senior leadership within mental health urgent care, specifically their colleague in Mid CRHT.

As part of this role there is an expectation that the post holder will support the out of hours on call rota and also cover a seven day working week on a rota.

To ensure systems and processes are in place to provide management to CRHT services staff across the division and ensure effect recruitment, training and development of this staff group.

To implement and monitor service redesign and transformation across CRHT at pace ensuring no unintended adverse consequence arise and transformational activity achieves successful outcomes.

To identify resources to provide the services on a day to day basis and to develop plans for strategic development in the service and financial framework and over the longer term.

To contribute to service and corporate budgeting processes with delegated authority to manage financial and human resources.

Lead the teams in the delivery of project plans, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues and dependencies considering best practice and current options and ultimately making decisions in the best interest of the project.

To have  a clear understanding of the capacity and flow from community to acute inpatient admissions.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Manager post within our  North Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team.  They will work closely with the operational manager for Mid CRHT ensuring all CRHTs are working towards the same model. The post holder will ensure a consistent approach to the delivery of high quality effective services is taken which is underpinned by standardised processes, protocols and care pathways.

As a key member of the Senior Management Team the post holder will be expected to contribute to the overall success of operational services in their area which meets the trusts objectives and targets.

To provide leadership and support to designated service in accordance with local, trust and national policy procedures and guidance.

To have delegated responsibility for budgetary management, all aspects of quality and performance management and provide advice and feedback to the Senior Management Team on service specific issues.

To provide clinical and managerial leadership to staff, ensuring the highest standards of clinical; practice and risk management are maintained.
