An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to work as part of the team at The Walton Centre.
Lipton ward is one of three hyper-acute units nationally and forms part of the Cheshire and Merseyside Rehabilitation Network. We are an outstanding trust and The Walton Ways are at the forefront of everything we do.
Main duties of the job
Patient care & safety working in line with trust polices and evidence based practice
Safe administration of medications
Facilitating patient & family centered care
Providing high standards of personal care
Able to prioritise work load
Work collaboratively as part of the MDT
Continue to improve knowledge and skills
Attend regular mandatory and non-mandatory training
Effective leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills
Being an advocate for your patients
Ensure accurate record keeping
