Maternity Project Manager Workforce and Education

NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) was formed on 1 July 2022.
We are an exciting new organisation putting the needs of communities at the heart of our commissioning arrangements.
We are working with local people and partners across health, social care and the voluntary sector in innovative ways to improve health and wellbeing for all our communities. Our key priority in the next year will be to develop closer integrated and collaborative ways of working with all our partners to implement our Out of Hospital Strategy.
We can only do this with great staff who are encouraged and supported, which is why we invest in them, listen to them, make sure we are representative of our populations and that we foster their health and wellbeing.
Please note that all vacancies will be subject to a 6 months' probation period in line with the Probation Policy.

NEL Local Maternity and Neonatal System are seeking to recruit an experienced Workforce and Education Midwife as a Project Manager within NEL LMNS Team.
North East London is a very vibrant palace to work, supporting some of best specialist services in the country, gaining valuable experience as a midwife and strengthening your career pathway.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team, who can foster positive working relationships, problem solve, plan strategically and have good communication and presentation skills. Please see job description for more details.
The LMNS currently operate using a hybrid working model, combining both home and office working. Job share will be considered.

Leading and supporting continuous improvement in quality and efficiency of maternity services across NEL.
The Maternity Project Manager will support the transformation of maternity projects/ programmes across North East London Local Maternity & Neonate System (LMNS). The post holder will be accountable to the LMNS for delivering on a number of complex projects as part of the Three Year Single Delivery Plan (2023) and Long Term Plan. This includes working in a wider partnership with a broad range of stakeholders across an Integrated Care System, putting women and their families at the centre of any service development, or initiatives.
