Alongside opportunities for career development, there is a dedicated team of Staff Pastoral Wellbeing Practitioners who work with the Clinical and Corporate divisions, to provide pastoral support to all staff. These Practitioners are part of the wider Health & Wellbeing provision which includes a specialist Staff Physiotherapist, Occupational Health and access to counselling and an Employee Assistance Programme.
