Job overview
We are looking for an innovative and experienced Occupational Health Team Manager to join our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team at Croydon University Hospital.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in case management and clinical skills, coupled with exceptional managerial abilities. They will excel in leading and motivating our dynamic team to provide a high-quality Occupational Health Service.
Main duties of the job
These will include

Ensure the delivery of high-standard, quality-accredited Occupational Health (OH) services, efficiently utilising human and financial resources.

Promote best practices in OH services by reviewing, developing, and implementing OH clinical policies, procedures, and processes.

Develop services and policies in alignment with current statutory and legislative guidelines.

Provide clinical and managerial expertise to lead the team and organization in health, safety, and wellbeing matters.

Enhance the comprehensive Health Surveillance Program based on the organization’s risk assessments.

Create tools to audit and evaluate the delivery and effectiveness of services for both staff and managers, ensuring effective data collection and analysis systems are in place.

Achieve compliance with Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS) standards.

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provide hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
