Do you have a real passion for making a difference to children and young people?

Would you like to be part of shaping an innovative keyworking support service for children and young people (CYP) in North East London?

We are looking for a Band 7 Senior Practitioner to support the new keyworking Service for children and young people (CYP) aged 0-25 years, who have learning disabilities and / or are autistic.
