What will the role involve?
- Completing your SCPHN qualification (Health Visiting)
- Developing individualised support programmes
- Completing universal health and wellbeing and packages of care
- Supporting in the supervision/ line management and development of colleagues
- Undertaking a range of clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes of the service
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment.
This is a community-based role with your duties being carried out between your home, community setting, client home or trust site.
We have posts available at the following locations: Dartford, Gravesend, Sevenoaks and Swanley, Tonbridge and Malling and Tunbridge Wells.

They will be held over 2 sessions, if you are shortlisted you will be invited to attend one of these sessions, which will incorporate a group scenario and individual interview panel.

- Evidence of relevant study at level 6

Experince

- Minimum one year post registration experience.
- Multi agency partnership workingCase load managment,

- Knowledge of the Healthy Child programme and NICE guidelines understanding their relevance to practice and application across the setting
