We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Band 7 Registered Mental Health Nurse or Mental Health Allied Health Professional to join our All Age Continuing Care and Specialist
The All Age Continuing Care and Specialist Placements team function is to provide the total service delivery for all placements/care commissioned by the NHS Kent & Medway Integrated Care

The post holder will support the Associate Director and Assistant Head of AACC to manage Band 6 nurses and ensure correct processes are followed in the delivery of the National Framework

The hours are 37.5 per week and Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00 hours, though we can offer hybrid working and flexible options.
