We are seeking someone who has drive, enthusiasm and who is highly motivated to join us in delivering a high quality, patient focused service whilst contributing to the vision and values of our specialty and the Trust.
We are evolving Urology ward, we are 36 bedded elective and emergency surgical ward.
We also have vascular patients, on the ward.
We are committed to to staff development on the ward.
You are in charge of the ward, ensuring the safe effective care of patients, and supporting the patient pathways that will assist the surgical matrons to ensure that patients are transferred from other sites, the emergency care center and the surgical admissions lounge.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional and individualised care for our urology patients.
We are looking for someone with the ability to help us shape our service and provide exceptional care to our patients., ensuring patient safety, to have good communication skills, between doctors, staff. patients and relatives.
We are a large team who work well together and you will be supported to progress in your ongoing personal development to enable you to deliver great care.
You will assist the ward manager, with datix's, appraisal's, managing sickness, audits, staff wellbeing and managing the ward, in the absence of the ward manager.
To help with continuing ward improvement programme.

Qualifications
