We looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate Homecare Support Workers to work at our Winchester Hospice and support our patients within their home setting.
Main duties of the job
The role of the Clinical Support Worker is to assist and support the qualified health professionals in ensuring optimal care for our patients. The delivery of high quality, effective and compassionate health care to the patients of the Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust is the most important objective for the organisation.

Training and Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent or above in Health or Health and Social care or working towards an award.
Experience and Knowledge

- Able to demonstrate current knowledge and identify own learning needs

- Able to work flexibly and to work without direct supervision and to be able to adapt to ensure achievement of objectives within constantly changing situations and environments.
