It offers you the chance to work as an autonomous practitioner in a community setting with flexible working patterns and the option of home-based working.

Your continuing professional development is important to us and educational opportunities will be made available.
We are looking to appoint to a 3 day per week part time vacancy. You will be joining the Neurological Rehabilitation Service at a Band 6 or 7 depending on your qualifications and level of experience.

ou will manage your own caseload and you will conduct holistic assessments and develop management plans to meet the specialist needs of your patients. You will be responsible for case management and developing your clinical skills to optimise expert care to your patients. You will also be expected to provide educational support to patients, their families and professionals.
An integral part of the role will be to continue to develop close working relationships with other NHS providers and statutory organisations to ensure that the needs of patients and their families are met.
You will be actively involved in the continued development of the service. You will also need to demonstrate leadership and initiative as well as the ability to develop and sustain good working relationships with multi-professional colleagues and peers.
