Job overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and pro-active nurse or midwife to set up and run a vaccination service for antenatal patients registered with HHFT. This will include running clinics on all 3 of our trust sites offering pertussis, RSV and seasonal flu vaccines to everyone.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a member of the Antenatal Clinic team, working within the Maternity Team to provide a maternity immunisation service and ensuring the needs of the women are met. The nurse will ensure that the service provided is of a high standard and that the environment within which the team works is safe and clean. The post holder will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, other agencies, and user representatives. The post holder will be required to participate in continuing professional development.
To participate in the delivery of the maternity staff flu immunisation program.

- Trained as Nurse or Midwife
- Current UK Registration with NMC
- Evidence of CPD
Experience and Knowledge

- Previous experience of immunisation services
