An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking and dynamic newly qualified mental health professional to join CAMHS Outreach in Gloucestershire.

CAMHS Outreach is a countywide service offering intensive home treatment provision for children and young people aged under 18 experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Our service focuses on admission avoidance, home treatment and supporting safe discharge from a Tier 4 in-patient Unit.  We have a fantastic success rate of supporting children and young people in their recovery at home to ensure they receive the treatment they need and have received additional funding for service expansion.

The successful post holder will be expected to match the ethos of the team, and commit to ongoing personal and service development, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compassion. In return we will offer a friendly, secure, and professional experience, and investment in your development as a healthcare professional, the Trust offers a great preceptorship programme you would be eligible for.

We are a 7 day a week service, including bank holidays, and are looking to further extend the out of hours offer to the evenings, this will come with the perk of additional pay enhancements.  In return we will be offering our candidates the flexibility to cover late shifts and weekend working, allowing them time off during core working hours.
