We have exciting openings in the Diabetes Team at Colchester Hospital. The Diabetes team is dynamic and forward thinking & have expanded to provide an integrated diabetes service.

You will be  working as part of this multidisciplinary team, participating in the delivery of integrated diabetes care for people with diabetes across ESNEFT.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join us. If you are passionate about delivering high standards care, have proven leadership & clinical skills or are interested in exploring diabetes as a specialism in your career, please consider applying for this post.

 

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

You will act as a recognised clinical expert in all areas of diabetes care and management.

You will provide expert education and support for adult patients and their carers with regard to all areas of diabetes care and management Trust wide.

You will work as a practitioner within a multidisciplinary team, providing a continuous service for patients diagnosed with all forms of diabetes, providing holistic care, advice and support in both in-patient and out-patient settings.

You will act as mentor and provide expert knowledge and advice, clinical supervision and clinical governance to ensure patient safety.
