We have an exciting opportunity for a band 5 Registered Nurse to join the Out of Hours team working 23 hours per week. This will include an 11.5 hour shift pattern between the hours of 8pm and 8am, 2 shifts per week.

Applications are invited from registered nurses who wish to join a friendly, dynamic and progressive team based within City Health Care Partnership CIC Out of Hours Nursing team. The service operates across Hull and East Riding providing care for patients requiring nursing intervention in their own home. You must be flexible in your approach to practice, have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and be able to lead and drive forward change ensuring patient safety is maintained at all times.
