We have a rare opportunity to come and work within the Christchurch and Bournemouth Intermediate Care Team on a fix term contract of 12 months from commencing date. The successful candidate would need to work a fixed pattern of Monday/Wednesday and Friday 8-6pm ideally.

We are looking for the successful candidate to be friendly, professional and able to work under pressure.  Previous experience of using SystmOne is beneficial but not essential.

This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only.  Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application.
