An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated registered nurses to work on Pendennis Ward.

 We are looking to recruit forward thinking, dynamic staff nurses for our new 23 bedded emergency surgical ward. 

We specialise in complex bowel operations, emergency surgery covering all specialties. We undertake a lot of additional skills, its a great place to learn. We do lots of complex wound management including VACS. Nutritional support including specialist feeding NG/NJ and TPN.  We also manage complex pain, which includes PCA'S and Rectus Sheaths. Stoma and fistula management, you would have the opportunity to go out with the stoma team.  We have a great team of practise educators to support your learning.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours per week. However part-time opportunities are also available.

The right candidate must have the ability to share the vision and skills of the senior staff to work in a developing service where adaptability is essential. It is essential to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills whilst maintaining a positive outlook and working environment to maximise productivity.
