Job overview
Staff Nurse - Grenville Ward
Working alongside a dynamic and well structured team, delivering high quality care within Nephrology and endocrinology.
To work as an experienced, skilled member of the team, providing a high standard of holistic patient centred care to patients and families.
Ability to promote patient centred care and establish good relationships with patients and carers.
To communicate effectively at all levels with the multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
To be able to manage the patient flow within the department with consideration to target delivery.
To coordinate the multi-disciplinary team, ensure prescribed treatments are carried out and that the multi-disciplinary team are kept informed of the patient’s condition.
