Be under no illusion, we have work to do, but rest assured FTB is a unique and truly individual service. We are continuously learning and evolving, as we work together to meet the mental health needs of our multi-cultural city.
We are looking for Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioners for our Crisis and Home Treatment Team. Our service includes patients with varying diagnosis that have deteriorated into a mental health crisis that puts them at risk of being admitted to hospital. The Crisis and Home Treatment Team will also support people in their homes to try and prevent admission. If hospital admission cannot be avoided, then the crisis and home treatment team will help patients step down early and be supported in their homes with their family.
