Band 6/7 Uro-oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist (Dependent on experience)

The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is excited to announce that we have a new opportunity for a Band 6/7 clinical nurse specialist in the uro-oncology team.

We are looking for experienced, motivated and ambitious nurses who want to work in a friendly, supportive and innovative environment.

You will be joining a busy team who are passionate about providing the highest quality care for people living with and beyond cancer. 

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week.

We would love to meet you and strongly recommend an informal visit, phone or teams call prior to interview.

Working in a small and friendly team within a larger CNS team, you will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of other dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professionals to care for patients and their families, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice and actively improving the way we work.

The post will be offered either at band 6 or 7 depending on experience. If the successful applicant starts at a band 6 they will be supported to complete the ACCEND capabilities in practice and to work towards a post graduate qualification in order to progress to band 7 status, providing autonomous nurse-led services alongside the rest of the team.
