UK Based mental health (MH) nurse requiring OSCE

We are looking to recruit internationally trained mental health nurses, who currently reside within the UK. Initially you will start employment as a healthcare support worker, whilst we enrol you onto our OSCE preparation programme. Once successfully completed and your PIN has been attained you will start as a mental health nurse. This will therefore mean you will start on a band 4 salary until you have received your PIN, at which point you will then progress to band 5.

Essential criteria for application to this Nursing programme:

  • Already residing in the UK
  • Passed your English-speaking test (IETLS or OET)
  • Passed your CBT (computer-based theory)
  • Possess a relevant mental health nursing qualification

What a typical week looks like for most of our locations (these may differ slightly depending upon the locality offered):

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
  • One weekend every four weeks (Time off week)
  • Late Shift: 11.00am – 7pm

The 3 “must haves” for you to be considered for this role:

  1. You must already reside within the UK
  2. A qualified mental health nurse who has already passed their English speaking (IELTS or OET) along with their CBT

  • Ability to demonstrate organisational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to participate in standard setting and audit
