Job overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our nurse-led haemodialysis team at Northwick Park Renal Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in renal nursing within a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality haemodialysis care to patients with end stage renal failure. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that patients receive safe, effective, and person-centred treatment.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide high-quality, effective, individualised care to all haemodialysis patients
  • To assess care needs and independently develop, implement and evaluate care plans.

Experience

  • A minimum 6-month experience in medical ward or acute care setting.
Desirable criteria
  • Experience in haemodialysis.

  • Willingness to develop teaching skills and techniques.
  • Capacity to learn and master new technical skills.
  • Commitment to developing own clinical skills.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Knowledge of the NMC Code of Conduct.
