There may also be an opportunity for you to get involved in and assist with auditing and research for our patients.

The role is based at Nicholson House, Maidenhead and your time in this role will be spent visiting clients in their homes in the local community so you will need a car to get to appointments. You will be required to come to the office occasionally for team meetings, training or for other service-related reasons as necessary, although currently we conduct most team meetings virtually this may change in future.

Main duties of the job
