Our Vision is to provide the best mental health, learning disability, autism and community based services for the populations we serve.
As an integrated mental health, learning disability and community Trust, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including:
• Primary and secondary mental health care for children and adults including specialist inpatient child and adolescent mental health provision, perinatal mental health, forensic services including low and medium secure care.
• Specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support.
• Community physical health and well-being services for children and adults.
The Trust was first established in 2002 and employs approximately 7,000 staff who provide care from more than 400 sites. We are really excited to be seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed individuals to join a well-established Early Intervention Service. The Lancashire and South Cumbria Early Intervention Service (EIS) specialises in working with individuals aged 14 and upwards who are at risk of, or currently experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
The Early Intervention Service is focussed on achieving national quality standards and delivering a high standard of care. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable applicant to be part of the developments within LSCFT Early Intervention Services in the Fylde Coast Locality.

The successful candidate will be the Team leader for our Fylde EIS Team, and will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of change whilst maintaining the philosophy of EIS and the promotion of recovery. They will be a key member of an enthusiastic management team with a commitment to improvement and innovative approaches to meet service users' needs.
We place a strong emphasis on professional and clinical supervision in order to support and develop individuals as part of our commitment to maintain our focus on delivering the highest quality clinical service

- • Registered Mental Nurse or aligned profession eg OT
- • Post-registration professional development to degree level in a health-related subject or similar demonstrated experience or willingness to complete.
- • Several years’ experience of Practice / Service Development and clinical leadership in adult mental health care or CAMHS
