As a newly-qualified nurse, you will undertake a period of preceptorship overseen by a named Band 6 Nurse Specialist within your team and engage on the Trust’s excellent Preceptorship Programme. You will actively promote teamwork, respect, integrity, accountability, excellence and compassion within the clinical team in accordance with the Trust values and Code of Conduct. You are required to maintain links with your professional body and provide evidence for the revalidation process.
