Based in the south of England, SCW’s team of 1,300 skilled professionals provides expert support for more than 80 NHS and non-NHS customers - nationally, regionally and locally. We are proud to be making a difference for 14 million people across an area of 15,600 square miles. As a delivery partner for 13 STPs (Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships), we have been at the heart of emerging Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and the increasing adoption of population health management approaches.
More than 400 of our colleagues lead on care transformation, digital transformation, care analytics, and organisational development programmes. Through them, we provide flexible and cost-effective access to the skills, insight and capacity that systems need to optimise performance, transform services and pathways, and drive increasingly effective person-centred care. As an accredited delivery support organisation for NHS RightCare, we use this methodology, amongst others, to support development and delivery activity, ensuring there is effective evidence for change.
We work as a partner in the health and social care system, bringing our unique NHS and commercial experience to tackling the challenges faced by the system. We work together with our customers, partners, patients and service users, guiding them to greater collaboration, integration and cultural change. With deep roots in the health and social care system, we have a clear perspective on both current and future challenges, and a passion for supporting our customers to address them.
