Chartwell Hospital is an independent Diagnostic and Imaging Centre based in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex. We provide diagnostic and day stay services including consultations, minor day case surgery, investigations, scans and x-rays for adult patients which are unrivaled in the local area.
We welcome both private and NHS referrals from GPs and other Allied Health Professionals. We are a recognised NHS Treatment Centre and receive NHS referrals for our services.
