Capita PIP carries out Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) across the Midlands and in Wales, and on behalf of the Department for Communities (DfC) in Northern Ireland. PIP is a benefit for people, aged 16-64, with long-term health conditions or disabilities. It’s paid to make a contribution to the extra costs that disabled people may face, to help them lead full, active, independent lives. Our disability assessors use their compassion and experience in healthcare to understand the complex, unique living conditions of people with health conditions or impairments.
