We’re a large NHS Mental Health Trust in South East England. We’re looking for people to help us provide high quality services for the patients, carers and local communities we serve.
We want patients and staff to recommend our organisation as a place where they would be happy for their friends and family to be treated. You can help us do this by bringing your skills, experience and commitment to Sussex Partnership.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward thinking individual to apply for a team manager role within the Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. We currently have one full time vacancy in the Havant and Petersfield CAMHS Team and one full time vacancy in the Winchester and Test Valley CAMHS Team.
Hampshire is a beautiful county with an excellent transport network linking with the neighbouring counties of Surrey, Wiltshire, Berkshire and Sussex. It is the third largest shire county in the UK and the largest county in South East England. It has many tourist attractions such as the historical Cathedral City of Winchester, National Parks in the New Forest and the South Downs and two of the largest ports (Southampton and Portsmouth) in England, to name a few.
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust delivers the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Hampshire and the role will be based within the local team in Hampshire. There are 7 community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Teams across Hampshire, a dedicated Eating Disorder Service, an Early Help Team, including our Single Point of Access and an Intensive Home Treatment and Hospital Assessment Service. All of our teams work collaboratively and in partnership to deliver consistent high quality care and treatment to the young people of Hampshire.
This is a great time to join the Service and be part of building a creative and innovative service for young people experiencing mental health difficulties. Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has delivered the Service since 2011. We are focused on providing outstanding care and treatment that young people and their families can be confident in.
We have a strong clinical and managerial leadership structure of which this role will be a key part. The successful applicant will have experience of operational management within children and young people’s services and be able to demonstrate a track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams, engaging staff and stakeholders, innovation and service development, delivery against performance targets and partnership working.
If you enjoy being a part of a team, are creative, seeking a new challenge and want to make a positive difference to the lives of children & young people and their families, then we would be delighted to hear from you.
