Newborn Hearing Screening Deputy Manager - Band 6

Newborn Hearing Screening

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional educated to degree level to join our audiology team working in the midwifery wards. You may have experience as an audiologist, midwife, health visitor or speech & language therapist. The post-holder will be based at University Hospital Coventry, deputising to the local manager in leading the Newborn Hearing Screening Programme (NHSP) for a population of around 6000 new births per year. You will need strong data monitoring experience and line management skills alongside the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation. The post-holder will report to the NHSP Local Manager, Bridget Hughes.
