HMP Swansea is a remand prison and you will be part of a team of
Nurses doctors and pharmacy staff, delivering primary care services to the men in our care.
The healthcare department also operates 24 hour nursing and emergency cover.
Other duties include nurse led clinics for Chronic conditions mental health, nurse triage and substance misuse.

Medication administration and working within the wider multidisciplinary team of the prison.

The post is open to Mental health Adult and learning disability nurses.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
