Spire Gatwick Park Hospital is an important hospital in the Spire Healthcare portfolio. We have a broad range of modern acute facilities which include 3 operating theatres and an endoscopy suite. We have 44 single private rooms, 2 critical care level 2 rooms, a 16 bedded day care unit and 12 consulting rooms. We have state-of-the-art CT and MRI scanners. These are supported by a number of other departments like Physiotherapy, Pharmacy and Pathology. In addition Spire Gatwick Park Hospital is a partnership site for BUPA Wellness offering different types of health screens. We are also a partner hospital for Breast Health UK and are accredited for both bowel and breast cancer.
We are looking to recruit a number of experienced, motivated Registered Nurses to join our bank. We can offer our Nurses the opportunity to work in a varied, challenging but rewarding role in a friendly and supportive working environment. On a daily basis you will work on our Wards providing planned care for children aged from birth to 16 years old.
As a staff Nurse you will get the opportunity to work with some of the region’s top consultants so you will be exposed to innovative evidence-based clinical techniques. We commit to our Nurses well-being through training, support and reward. This helps ensure that our Nurses are able to increase and diversify their skills to meet our high clinical standards. Our hospitals are delivering increasingly complex and acute care, and this requires highly skilled and consistent nursing teams. All of this is underpinned by a nursing culture which focuses on impeccable patient care above all else.
Here at Spire, you’ll have the time to give patients personalised care to a standard you can be proud of. You’ll have support from a strong management team to develop your skills with confidence. We are a successful and growing business, with a strong track record of promoting our Nurses to management positions, meaning that a career in Spire can take you far.
Our 'bank workers' work ad hoc shifts as and when required to suit business needs, often to cover busy periods, sickness or annual leave.
An enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service or Disclosure Scotland will be applied for in the event of a successful application.
