DAY SURGERY UNIT 2

Staff Nurse - Band 5
37.5 hours per week

Day Surgery 2 is a very busy fast paced department catering for patients having surgical procedures under sedation and/or general anaesthetic ranging from colorectal, vascular, gynaecology, orthopaedic, ENT and eye surgery. The nursing team are dedicated to providing high quality, effective short stay care to patients with a high degree of autonomy utilising competency based nurse-led discharge.

We are increasing our staffing establishment and are looking for a dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills and committed to delivering high quality patient care to join us. We offer full induction programme, competency based appraisal system and opportunities to undertake trainings and formal studies.
