Come and join the team at  the residential Care Home Derby House . We support 6 ladies with learning disabilities and Autism to achieve their goals ,  reach their full potential and live life to the full. Whilst supporting them in all aspects of daily living in the care home setting.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

Support individuals with daily living, promoting independence, working alongside and adhering to the persons support plan and risk assessments .

Supporting with personal care.

Supporting with health appointments

Supporting people to go out to places of interest, go on holiday.

Supporting making and cooking meals and drinks.

Shift leading, ensuring a shift runs safely and smoothly.

Escalating any concerns around the health of an individual.

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

We actively seek to engage people who use our services and our communities in improving the mental wellbeing of the local population. We work closely with other NHS and voluntary sector organisations who provide services and support people who use services and carers.

  • • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
Meini prawf dymunol
  • • 12 months experience of working with People with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health setting. • Experience of working in teams
  • Suitable for someone who is passionate about ensuring a high-quality holistic approach to the care and support provided to people with learning disabilities
