We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our young and dynamic team to work in our adult acute inpatient facility, which is in the process of achieving AIMS accreditation.
You will be an RMN with outstanding communication skills. You will be a team player, able to work innovatively and be highly committed to providing holistic care with a passion to improve the patient experience for service users. You will be able to apply the philosophies of engagement and recovery in your work with service users. The role involves responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of holistic care and the promotion of issues of equality and diversity in accordance with good practice and legislation.
The successful candidates must have a specific interest in working with acute mentally ill people and a specific interest in teaching learners. You must be approachable, non-judgemental and sensitive to the issues faced by people with mental health problems.
