Psychological Wellbeing Practioner

Band 5

We are looking for two highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our PWP team within our Talking Therapies Service. To provide high volume, low intensity interventions, including: telephone assessments, and telephone guided self-help; face to face guided self-help, online interventions and webinars and co-facilitation of courses to patients with common mental health difficulties, at venues throughout Somerset. One position will specialise in long term conditions (LTC)

The successful candidates will receive regular line management and case management supervision in addition to monthly clinical skills development workshops. They will be enthusiastic, confident and have the ability to work flexibly and manage a full caseload without close direction. In return you will have the opportunity of working in the forefront of primary care Talking Therapies in Somerset.
You will be required to work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and will be committed to equal opportunities.
The hours of work will be 37.5 and will include 1 evening a week
